Try both https://www.wincustomize.com/upload2.aspx and https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx sites and both browsers MSIE and FF don't worry about absence of progress bar or black blank page in FireFox. Flash 9 is better but one of the 4 possibilities works for me normally, new uploads coming soon too.

This drive often comes from AppV. Did you install the Click and Run version of Office 2010 Beta ? This drive is required if you use the Click 'n Run Version (Starter or Office Home and Business 2010) of Office 2010. It does not occur in the Office 2010 Professional Plus Beta.

Lou in case you need to replace HDD, de-register your Adobe programmes first if you can, saves hassle of Support in India, Adobe programmes even on a post reformat have misbehaved on me without changing any hardware.
