Don't know if this has been covered before, but I have a question about slow population growth. In the games I've played so far, the alien civs' populations are increasing at an extremely high rate when compared to mine. Generally my economic strategy at the beginning of the game is a 40-20-40 ration (Military-Social-Research). Once I've colonized all available 15+ planets, I change the ratio so that military spending decreases, while the colonies concentrate on building infrastructure (somet

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet (not in the mood to read through nine pages of posts), but the ability to zoom out the main map screen would be tremendously helpful. The game feels a bit constricted when you are only allowed to view a relatively small area.

Brad, your and that of your team, is among the best I've ever seen from a gaming company... and to think we have an entire year of dedicated updates to look forward to... I'm estatic just thinking of all the money I'm gonna save NOT buying other games in the search for the next Civ. It would be interesting to know what Sid thinks about this game.

I find this entire process to be very confusing and non-intuitive... however, I imagine much of the fault lies with me as most other Stardock users seem to be having no problems (not a caustic remark, rather an honest assessment that I just don't understand the Stardock Central concept)... My confusion stems from the Drengin.net and Stardock Central sites... Do we need Stardock to access Drengin and therefore the "incremental updates"? Furthermore, if we don't download Stardock it is
