Unable to use Yor Tech Tree with Synthetic custom faction(solved) in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

Using the current version on EPIC. I am unable to create a custom faction that is both synthetic and has the yor tech tree. Even copying the Yor custom faction and playing an exact and direct copy ends up with the default tech tree and is unable to build population Starting the game as the original Yor faction does not present any problems. Propagation shows up as normal. The custom faction also does not seem to be directly editable in order to swap the tech tree directly.
