Another good tool is Mmm Free or Mmm+ from: http://hace-software.com/programs.shtml It doesn't have the ability to add items, but it is very good for organizing, hiding, creating sub-menus.. of items in context menus. very cool.

Interestingly... Just this afternoon my girl's laptop got an 'auto-update' from MS including IE7. We decided to install it since recently IE6 had been problematic for her lately anyway.
