I'm thinking of purchasing object desktop and cannot find any information on whether there are any prepackaged/included icons and themes which come with the purchase. Any help from owners?

By changing starbase's influence from sector wide to a certain range, how is that going to affect the culture victory condition? Are there going to be pockets of "no dominance" which people must make constructors and starbases to cover? Are you going to update the influence map to appropriately show the circle of influence a star system has (and what about trade route's influence? As a line?) And people can already make starlanes with starbases and upgrades to ship speed...
Is there any plan to divide up the metaverse scores so that there are lists for each size galaxy level? That would help make some of the smaller scale games more relevant to the players...
The only thing about Klemeroni's review is that at the end his final thoughts appear to bit a bit cold towards the game, while some of the individual topics appear more warm. It is apparent there is a balance they want to strike with the three reviews, and althought Kle found some good points, overall he was still not incredibly super impressed to put down his moo3 and play. But the idea is there that at least the review isn't completely slamming the game without giving any reasons. It's just
How often does the "league of non-aligned worlds" group pop up? It appears in two out the four examples of play that you had. I suppose it could be fairly common to have groups of planets dissatisfied with their rulers to jump ship, but is it really that common for planets to split off in two out the four games? And, do they always have to be named the "League of Non aligned worlds"? How about the "Independent systems brigade" or some such phrase? :)
Here's another idea inspired by the depth of backstory on Moo3: Historical archives: Like any civilization, understanding the past is key to knowing the future. Thorough archiving and databasing have created an indexed, searchable, and factual account of various historical occurances which have led up to the empire as it is today. Unvarnished, unaltered- this is not the Information Awareness Network....this is recreation of events as they happened. By understanding the motivation
The encryption algorithm: The individual's right to freedom and privacy is trumped by nothing. This technology creates an entire network of entirely untraceable transactions, IDs, and interactions. Everything a person does, normally noted and recorded to determine whether it is good or evil, is now hidden and cannot be traced back to the individual. Individuals can travel freely around the empire, purchase items, visit places, and communicate electronically without any fear they may be IDed
2) Opensource technology: Understanding the value of millions of civilian enthusiasts, scientists have created a framework where new technologies are open to any interested parties, good or evil, for the advancement of the technology itself. The technology has hardwired the ability to communicate advances and updates over freely accesible transmissions. Speeds up research and tech advances, at the cost of having those advances available to anyone else with opensource technology. Bonus to res
Here's one that 's realistic and can be confined to one or two planets at a time- catastrophic space debris: Enough debris accumulates in orbit around a planet from years of sattelite launches, communications, weapons, etc. that they collide with junk, tiny bits of debris, around the planet. This creates a chain reaction, where one sattelite shatters into a thousand pieces, and those thousand hit another dozen sattelites, which shatter themslves, and so on, until there is a clou
