i love trying beta stuff only had issues with the upgrade thing, took a few installs/uninstalls to get it to work (still says i have wb4 installed.. but i don't worry about that). only issue was when i was running WinFX it would making my windows slow to open and opening with classic look initially - so that is disabled and all runs well <img src="http://images.stardo

lol i couldn't find the delete either didnt' realize it was in the preview pane..
okay - turned off the autoload w/ windows, and unloaded it - it solved the strange classic view i got when opening up anything, and it also allows anything i click to open a lot faster - like clicking on My Documents or My Pictures, the system would hang for a second, the load up the window, but would be in classic mode, so would click on it and it would switch to theme. not it opens right away and w/o the classic look... hm so figured out that problem
i have winfx, but only for shadows ~ that's all it is used for - i guess i can disable it
i just got the update that came out for 4.9 like a couple min ago - i still receive the "black issue" on the wbconfig - but now the stealthos skin, which was used in the screen shots, seems to have proper titlebar coloring and it can be clicked on now. *still have the issue of opening say, My Documents, and it have classic before i click it
1st off - what a hassle to even get the skins to apply! i was stuck with some classic looking thing even though i had restarted. i ended up uninstalling it, making sure windows was in classic mode, then reinstalling, restarting, and finally applying skins. i was somewhat impressed... but have reverted back to a regular skin instead of those new ones... that fact that you can only click the text is a challenge lol esp when i have tons of windows open an
hm.. so i assum ethat they mean tuesday like either Eastern Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time - if it's EST then i will get mine today lol I'm in Alaska so i'm 4hours off from East Coast ~ this has been a long week of waiting... of course assuming they will do an early release which so many people will probably be checking SDC like crazy looking for it
that's a wonderful story i wouldn't know of it though, since i'm not adopted. my mom was adopted though, but she never found her birth parents, unfortunately.
after starting with StyleXP *.. glad i never actually bought it*, and not liking it eventually came across here and have loved it since! i recommend it to people all the time online

I got this in an email - i thought it was funny and would share: Subject: Tech Support Customer: I'm trying to connect to the Internet with your CD, but it just doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? Tech support: OK, you've got the CD in the CD drive, right? Customer: Yeah.... Tech support: And what sort of computer are you using? Customer: Computer? Oh no, I haven't got a computer. It's in the
for some reason the first thing i thought of was an episode of Futurama that involved trash.....
mine would die - i'd be too lazy to use the hand crank lol but that's way cheap!!

*whew* glad my subscription expires in the next few weeks so i can still get this beat lol but i'll def. be renewing my OD subscription for sure
there's lots of those "complete" sets floating around i took part of a blue-set i found somewhere *forgot* and then made up some more of my own using the blue-folder parts. but, i don't remember where i got the original ones from and don't want to try to release w/o being able to give proper rights to whomeever <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Tong
i've noticed how lots of people comlaining of problems with their products (i myself use mcafee - currently microsoft one care on this computer) i don't. i'm sure some of them still use firefox at home or their kids do lol
firefox for casual browsing - aol explorer for everything else including IE stuff - much nicer looking than IE is and runs better (and very nice tab browsing also)
i use the google plugin for firefox - disables ads for almost everything google, and switches the gmail to https instead of http. *feel a little better lol* i like gmail though - the interface is so simple to use - plus i can easily check it on my PSP when i'm on campus instead of needing a computer to view it cuz it scales down nicely
