It seems that I don't have access to beta releases. Instead I'm limited to early access editions. See Image: When I open Connection Explorer the about info is version 1.1.2.0 To confirm an earlier request in the thread, I only see this with IPV6 connections. I have no idea if they are TCP or UDP connections. Thanks, Tim

It seems that connections to IPV6 addresses are all shown as an "Unknown" application. Is this expected? If not, then maybe this should move into the bug category. Otherwise, when can we expect IPV6 support?

I also have Windows 11 v25H2 (OS build 26200.7462) installed. Start11 V2 suddenly has a problem after the Windows Update installed yesterday (12-10-2025). When attempting to restart the machine with Start11, the window hangs and a restart is NOT processed. In order to work around the problem, I needed to initiate a user logout via and then Sign Out. I followed this by selecting Restart under the Windows power icon and the machine rebooted normally. After Start11 V2 was uninstalled, I was able to

I currently have Fences 5.8.6.8 installed (11-13-2024). After the machine has completed a reboot and settled for about 5 minutes, Fences prompts me to install what seems to be an upgrade. The process holds at the standard license approval pop-up. Accepting the terms follows by what appears to be a standard installation although no indication of what version is shown. After the required reboot is performed, the Fences version has NOT changed and we get the same pop-up a

Those key combinations don't seem to do anything, but I have a somewhat complex setup: Fences is running on a Windows 10 Virtual Machine (22H2) under the Proxmox hypervisor. This machine is a race horse with several environments running under the hood. This is my Windows daily driver. I've considered using Microsoft's hypervisor, but it has poor capabilities when it comes to Linux and no support for containers. The Microsoft hypervisor is great if you want to s

We need a few options added to Fences Roll-up functionality: 1. Always On Top - Need this option when pulling down a roll-up so it it goes OVER existing open windows on the desktop. Currently we need to minimize all windows in the area where the roll-up will flow. This is a big waste of time and sort of eliminates most of the roll-up benefits without an Always On Top option for roll-ups only. Fences that don't roll-up (or temporarily held open) should not have

Part of the Microsoft April 2019 patch update appears to perform a "Desktop Update". The process never completes and the desktop is never accessible again until Fences is uninstalled (within another administrator account). I've seen some other weirdness in the past few months where icons and fence titles get highlighted when a window passes over them. I suspect that MS really isn't paying enough attention to update quality on W7, but this has never been their strong poi
