game keeps crashing in Sins of a Solar Empire II Stardock.net Forums

ive had no issues until yesterday and today. system should work on minimum. nvida geforce rtx3060 12gen intel i5 12500h 12 cores 8gig ram sluggy loading to main menu and loading game. but gameplay absolutely perfect. cant even load a normal game now

for some reason sins reb keeps closing i dont know why. it starts ok, then either just as it loads the map or at the loading screen it stops then closes anyone know how to fix? checked files via steam: no problems reinstall from seagate hard drive to laptop: same problem i did have it up for a few days playing it
