Festron Citizen Approvals Carrying Over After Consumption in GalCiv IV Bug Reports GalCiv4 Forums

Version: 0.77B I am playing as Festron species and recently took over a core planet. The existing citizens had the negative approval tag of "You are at war with my species -30%". Upon consuming that citizen and it being replaced with a Festron citizen, the tag remained. This approval tag has carried over for 6 turns so far.

Two things I've ran into: I started a new game and spent a bunch of points to get a 80% population bonus. Now in the game my population is growing _extremely_ slowly. I'll have a class 20 planet fifty turns into the game that still only has 2 billion people. If I play a nearly identical game without putting anything in the population bonus, my population will be five times that. It looks like the population bonus is actually a penalty.
