Ok sorry...* years. But an attaboy to Brad for showing this guy the light of truth. ;)

Just one question Brad: Did you post the score to the metaverse after you beat his saved game in 8 turns? ;) ~SDC~
Just run MOO3 on a seperate computer in order to utilize the alarm. I knew MOO3 had a use! LOL ~SDC~
SEIV comes with a very nice manual. For Starships Unlimited I ordered the manual from Kinkos. To order SEIV goto http://www.shrapnelgames.com ~SDC~
Sorry Dearmad...I don't think you read his post correctly. He says that even though he has never bought a game he is going to buy this one. Hell, I wish I would have pirated about 90% of the 300 or so games I have. But alas, I am an impulse consumer and I justify it by calling myself a "collector". ;) So Gezz, I'm sure I have made up for your past mistakes. This just goes to prove that Brad's view of piracy is correct. That is, that every person that pirates a game may not necessarily
This has happened on 2 different machines.

Buy them both...I did. I'm not sorry for it either. ;) ~SDC~
I've seen both interfaces (good and evil). I like the neutral the best. ~SDC~
Another good use for them in the latter part of the game is to send them to your "frontier" or "border" planet that you are making transports on to supplement the planet after you have sent out troops. This tactic has worked quite well for me. You don't have to wait to make another transport. ~SDC~
The industry is bloated and a lot of the developers are too wrapped up in it to give the fans what they are looking for. Should we forgive QS for that heap they call a game? ... Only if they make it right. IMHO developers should not "score points" for what the publishers (and consumers) have paid them to do. The whole "go make your own game" crowd can take a flying leap. I am a consumer. That makes me the most powerful person in the game industry. Brad & co. have delivered what no other
Yea Brad is right. I was playing on easy difficulty with just me and the Tor on a medium map. I could not get cultural dominance because the Tor were in my way... so I picked a fight. After I took one of the planets that was in my way (actually 3 planets) I accepted a peace treaty (for all of their money)and my cultural influence spread the rest of the way. It didn't start my countdown until after the peace treaty. I know I'm playing on easy but the strategies are coming clear.
Well I've uploaded 3 games so far. 2 at cakewalk level and 1 on Easy. I'm going to ramp up slowly. :) ~SDC~
Heck, I just opened it up. Join at will :) Texas doesn't rule the universe.... but we will. ~SDC~
Added your number Slick. ~SDC~
BTW.. Any of the above mentioned population control methods should have severe consequences in the alignment scheme. I can't believe that the morale of a good-aligned planet/empire should rise because you killed all of the old people or had forced birth-control. You can bet that if China was on a Morale scale they would have a morale of zero. I believe the population works like it is. ~SDC~
Yea overpopulate a level 12 planet and then just hand it to them. It will have a morale 0 and after a while it will leave them. ~SDC~
You don't need to finish a game but you do need a player ID. ~SDC~
Wanna be in the New Texas Republic. One Requirement: Must be a Texan ;) ~SDC~
Does this explain why "Top Civs" in the Metaverse seems to be down? ~SDC~
I'm really original. I name them after cities in texas. Texas doesn't rule the universe...but we will. ~SDC~
Ive been wearching and wearching and I still can't find the word "wearch". ~SDC~
Here we go again ...same question over and over. You should really wearch the forums before asking a question that has been asked 1000 times before. Sheesh did you even read the FAQ? Just kidding...welcome to the forums. ;) Just ask your question. These guys are always willing to help. A lot of the time the main man (Frogboy) will get in on it. ~SDC~
The manager at my local EB is a strategy freak so they had about 10 copies on Tuesday. ~SDC~
