Diplomacy - Error while updating to 1.3.1 in Technical Sins Forums

It's two day I'm trying to update my Diplomacy installation to 1.3.1 via Impulse; everytime i get this error back "Error: Error retrieving Data", after that the installation process stops. I can only select "Cancel Download" form the context menu in Impulse to play with the old version, but it is not possibile to update to the latest version anyway. ANy suggestion ? thx in advance

Don't know if anyone had the same problem but.... with 1.03 I cannot hear background music anymore, only sound effects ! Could it be something related to sound codec ? ~SDC~
