If I trade for a technology while researching it, the tech screen doesn't come up and no new technologies get researched until I manually choose a new one. It'd be nice if I were prompted to choose a new tech to research.
Anyone still unable to see the bonus pack modifications? I have the bonus pack 1.0 and galciv 1.02 installed. ~SDC~
Do computer players really play the same game as humans? I've seen aliens ally with each other before they've researched alliances. Also, I've seen the Altarians ally with minor races only a few turns after the minor races pop up. How do they become close so quickly? ~SDC~

I have the same problem, and I've just installed the latest versions. Could it have to do with my having Stardock Central installed on a different drive than galciv? ~SDC~
How does one form an alliance? I see other races allied with each other, but I don't see how I can do the same. I've researched Alliances, but that didnt seem to change anything. ~SDC~
