Just so you guys know, I wasn't refering to the buildable capital types (research, production, ect.), but refering to the civilization capital--the one with the crown in the lower left. Every empire can build one manufacuring, economic, political, and research capital even if you took over a capital that ANOTHER empire built. This explains how you can have more than one production or economic capital through conquest. But, you can only have ONE civilization capital regardless

In past games I've seen the AI move thier civilization capital to systems closer to their borders (for influence reasons I'm assuming). If this isn't a bug--which I'm not sure if it is--then how can I move MY capital? I've checked it out in the colony details and in all of the domestic policy tabs but I STILL cannot find out how to do it. :( If anyone knows if/how you can change your civilization capital, it'd be much appreciated.
