AI build terror stars.... I saw a bright level Altarian built a terror star and used it against me, until my torian ally destroy it, by sending all its fleets against it !!! Ai also knows how to deal with terror stars.... Stelteck.
In a recent game, i watched a pure good Alterian using a terror star against me !!!!! (Bright level). it was horrible.... Is it a bug ? They were supposed to be pure good !!! And i was good too..

How about creating a new type de construction : Social project : Total war mobilisation, which make workers on social projet works in fact on the military one. (With a penalty) Same thing in the reverse. Fabrice.
In the diplomatic screen, when talking to an alien race, we have a small list of tech that we may trade or receive from them. But we do not have any information about the use of this tech. No screen that describe the tech, so it is quite difficult to estimate what to trade. Perhaps something can be done about it. Stelteck.
