I've used Pop-Up Stopper so long that when I'm on a computer without it, I still hold down the Ctrl key to open a link in a new window by habit! Now if someone could get rid of those ads that are in the page blocking all the print, I'd be happy. You know the one's that sort of zoom out at you and you have to click the small 'close' or the 'X' to get rid of them so you can read the rest of th

Uh, hate to spoil the train of thought here guys but when I was a level 3 citizen, I could rate, couldn't see ratings and couldn't set my profile to filter skins by rating. That's what I did, Weaksid. Already used it and will probably continue to use it for a while, yet. Lot's of people with no firewall and/or antivirus

Here's a good tool for removing the worm. You'll need to still run the patch but this is a good way to make sure all traces of the worm are gone http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.blaster.worm.removal.tool.html

Hey, the only problem I had in programming on my little TI back around 1980 was having to clean the darn cassette tape deck head so I could load my programs off the cassette tape.

MadIce, my intention was not to paint you as a troll. I offer my sincere apologies. Frogboy asked for an instance of the type of message that depicted what I had described in my previous post. That post was in recent memory and your accusation really caught me by surprise. Someone posted "Now where did that come from". That was my internal response. You are one of the big reasons I felt at home here in the beginning. I had posted my first WB skin and you wrote me with encouragement and usefu

Frogboy, this is one that I responded to on about the 20th post. It was a question asked in, I thought, a friendly manner, but the inference by the

#83 by Scribe Frogboy - 7/29/2003 11:12:53 AM If you remove the melodramatic aspects of these discussions it boils down to this:If you make a suggestion and it is not followed, that doesn't mean that the person you made the suggestion to isn't listening. It may mean that they've heard what you have said and simply don't agree. I have r

There is often a fine line between a "community" and a gang. Some people don't recognize the difference. But there is.A gang is a self selected group of like minded people who provide unconditional support of one another and consider even relatively minor resistance to their opinions as a great affront that must be attacked. I couldn't agree mor
