They may also have resubmitted after updating the skin and it hasn't passed moderation yet. Give it a while. It can take up to 5 days to get out of moderation.

I believe that is a limitation of SkinStudio. I'm assuming you are talking about the font color changing when you mouseover. It won't change for the Programs and Places either when you use a PanelItemBackground.

EH, in SkinStudio look at Content Margins. You'll find it by going to Borders - Window / Titlebar Text in the left pane (Explorer) and Content Margins in the right pane (Section). It has separate settings for with icon and without icon. It used to be in a different place in older version of SkinStudio. I'm using 3.9.2 Build 707

It's a shame that a lot of really good artists (IMHO) are pulling their work. Just an observation, but the download counts on walls seem to be really low. I mean the top downloads for wallpapers yesterday ranged from 14 - 263. Does that seem low to anybody else?
