kona, 3 notes Make sure the motherboard you get will support DDR PC2100 at a minumum. PC133 is on its way out. With PC133 slots only, upgrade path is a dead end. Make sure motherboard can handle up to at least XP 2400 CPU (if for AMD) upgrade path same as before. A lot of 'deals' are discontinued MB's that have limited CPU upgrade ability, even with BIOS updates. Get at least 350 watt power supply (400 - 450 is better). If you go to a faster processor, you'll need t
Searching for windows themes, etc. on the net. I couldn't stand how XP looked. I think someone said 'Fisher Price' once in describing how XP looks. Yep! Started using the trial version, then bought the full version; never looked back.
Not positive, but I seem to recall an earlier thread that said it couldn't be done. Maybe in a future build.
Hey thanks, knatzz. I didn't expect an answer so quick. I was about to email some of the people I knew, including you , for help. I'll get the update later today and check it out!
Just drag them to the spot you want.
I've seen that before too. Not sure why. Maybe make sure the text is not wrapping to the next line?
I don't see it anywhere in the version I'm using, c242
After changing the font and size for the toolbar buttons, I notice the main menu items (File, Edit, etc.) in IE are all bunched together and, when I mouseover, the text is truncated (example - Edit becomes E ..). I've tried adjusting several things but haven't come up with a solution. Sometimes the spacing between the words seems to change by itself after logging off and back on. Anyone see this before or know how to correct it? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile.gif"
Beatnik is also easy to start out with.
This is great!, T-man. Many thanks to all involved in getting this to fruition.
Just for the record...since i started this thread, payment has been made.A money order was sent yesterday. Will soon be a legitamate stardock customer. Thumbs up to you, Brainiac
Here's a good start http://www.eyeball-design.com/fxzone/frames01.htm
I found it in a news item by Frogboy. It was only a recommendation to upload themes. It didn't say singles wouldn't be accepted. I think it is mostly singles being uploaded, too. Guess the theme idea didn't go over too well. [Message Edited]
Did I get off on the wrong thread here? Thought it was about ObjectDock
I thought I saw a thread or something by one of the admins stating that ObjectDock uploads were supposed to be sets and not just single icons. Single icon uploads wouldn't be accepted. Did I dream that?
Good grief Got a little trigger happy
Hey, I'm not that lucky!

I don't know about the Canon but I've seen some scanners do that. I've also seen updated drivers/patches on some scanners to stop that from happening. Check Canon's website for the latest drivers or their FAQ for that problem.
