Thanks Everyone for your comments. Shipping out colonists does help. I found something else out that seems (so far) to also help. If you go to the planet screen (up close picture of planet with military and social projects options) there is in the low right hand corner until the military section a button/icon titled: Details This opens another window that gives you more details on the planet. You can select a govenor, it shows you what you have built on the plan

Could some patient person out there take a couple of minutes and explain to me how morale works in GalCiv? I have read the manual and all the online help I can find and it isn't helping me. Please presume that I am stupid and explain things in a simple, elementary fashion. I need a very basic understanding as to what causes morale to go up and down in GalCIV. What specific actions can halt falling morale? What specific actions will cause morale to rise/fall? Why is my mora
