When GalCiv came out, I bought my download-and-send-a-disc copy online. It was also one day before my in-laws came to stay for a couple weeks -- predictably in the same room as my computer. So I installed on my wife's machine, and played happily for a couple weeks while her parents occupied my more usual gaming space.
