Doesn't sound like cheating. Using purchase button Constructor = 389bc + 25 bc for 200 months, Colony ship = 123bc + 11bc for 88 months from Mitrosoft. The AI might need to get some extra bc's from selling stuff or could go into debt. They could easily have 3 of each by turn 4. RA

Currently playing the Univeralists. The Drengin were leading, building up their forces I am sure, and almost ready to start throwing their weight around, and they are a neighbour. But then the Fundamentalists rise against evil, and 90% of the Drengin worlds are gone. Drengin down to last place. Sounds lucky to me :) 1.03 / Large galaxy / Normal ~SDC~

You need to dominate 7/8 of the sectors culturally. e.g. 5 x 5 = 25 * 7/8 = 21.875. I think you would need 22 out of 25 to win on that one. R_A
