The Good / Netral / Evil thing needs to be fixed, as said by many here on the forum. Being good shouldn't always be a kick in the pants. Sequal? When you got sucha solid platform to work on as GalCiv2, is there really any point in even considering a sequal? Its like if Caesar would have said "Hey, lets rebuild Rome from scratch!" For most games expansions are rather shallow, but the GalCiv2 expansion add a lot of flavour and content that improve a already great game. Not really a (in)game related suggestion, but this website is missing a Edit Account button... I had to visit another Stardock related website to be able to edit my account details, etc Nickname change. So whoever is webmaster, you migth wanna put in a Edit Account button somewhere when you got free time :)
When was it you installed directx9a. If the above suggestion doesnt work, try reinstalling dx9a again, im not sure but someone mentioned a dx9a version with some errors in it was up for a while on the windows site before being replaced... if that was true you migth have gotten the error version when you installed dx9a. Otherwise it migth just be as simple as needing to reinstal grahpics drives or trying another one...
