Screen-Edge Scrolling and Keyboard Scrolling in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

I have an unusual problem; screen-edge scrolling and keyboard scrolling work only for left and up. Down and right are inoperable; I have to zoom out and back in to move in those directions. I've re-started the game and re-booted my machine several times with no change. Anyone have a suggestion for what else to try?

No Save Games on Load Menu in War of Magic Stardock Forums

Before I quit the game, I checked to make sure I had a good save. I found an AutoSave, my QuickSave, and my manual save. Then I went to Load and the screen's blank. All of this occurs under 1.07, so I'm not crossing versions. Any known workaround?
