Found ships out of range in Strategies Stardock Forums

Just now getting to enjoy the subtleties of GC. Here's a situation I keep running into. Find a derelect ship in an anonomaly, yet it is "out of range" and cannot move. How do I engage "auto pilot" as instructed. Sometimes I am able to use these "found" ships, other times I am told the ship is out of supply. Help...I need these extra ships. GenZon
