The game I just finished, I upgraded 2 ship models in the same class that I'd built around 19 of. There is a check box you can use to upgrade all of ships of a particular model. Cost was like 22k total. Money came from selling tech to a rich but much less advanced AI. This is exactly what I have been looking for. Where do I find this check box

Hi, I keep falling way behind technologically and I think this is because the AI's keep trading techs with one another. Whenever I try and trade I am never sure what is a good deal and what it will take to get an AI to part with something. So my question is - is there a way to offer a tech and see what the AI will give for it, or alternatively to request what the AI wants for a given tech? Thanks in advance.
