The error message I received when trying to install the bonus pack is: "Galciv_1ef26872-8ba3-47bf-a1ce-fec5fabeac93 has caused an error in unknown. Galciv_1ef26872-8ba3-47bf-a1ce-fec5fabeac93 will now close. If you continue to experience problems." There are a less than and greater than signs on either end of the unknown that don't seem to go through with the message. Sorry for the double post.

By the way I contacted tech support at strategy first and they were not helpful at all. They suggested I post a message on the forum.
I have a similar problem. I have downloaded the bonus pack to my desktop but when I click on it to install it I get an error message. At first I thought it was a bad download until I downloaded the bonus pack a second time and got the same error message. I have the retail version which installed fine. I sure would like to be able to access all the goodies in the bonus pack. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
