Reply to Bug Reports in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Spent 8 points for the Speed + 2 ability. Started game and ships (Colony and Survey ship) only have Move: 2/2. This is the same as not spending 8 points on Speed. Appears to be broken.
