Reply to Bug Reports for Gal Civ 1.19 in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I haven't been able to finish a 1.19 game yet. Hangs and crashes have abruptly prevented me from being able to get to an endpoint. The big ones that keep coming up: - Changing alignment from Neutral to Good caused the game to close. Reply to ver 1.19 Starbase Economics in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

My biggest complaint about the starbase costs is that it is on top of the construction costs for the Constructer. If it is going to be a monetary fortune to build a starbase - then constructers should be cheaper units to build. I'm all for balancing out the cultural effects of starbases instead though. I have to turn off culture victory for games I play so starbases don't automatically overwhelm the enemy too quickly. How about starbases just have signficantly less cultural impact -
