I've had similar issues with other games. The fix (for me, at least..) was flipping the switch from power savings to max performance on my geforce 980.Not sure if this'll work for you, but it's at least worth a shot. Right click on desktop and open up your nvidia control panel Click "Manage 3d settings" Scroll down until you see "Power Management Mode" Select "Prefer Max Performance" Click apply, and close the control panel. We do maintenance for Online Services for Ashes on Tuesday mornings. During this time, I wouldn't expect any online services (match making, leaderboards, etc.) to work. Normally, we are done with it in under 2 hours, but sometimes (though rare!) go over. If they happen to go over, we try to provide status updates on where we are in the maintenance, and how much longer it'll take.
