First off, let me say thanks for the game. It's quite a lot of fun. My question is as follows: There I was, playing along happily towards the late stages of a game. I had (Foolishly perhaps) made my starting homeworld my primary place of business and had built up my economic/political/technical capitols there (One of each type as allowed per race) and all was good in the land until some swarthy bunch of villians poisoned the atmosphere, dropping the planet value to 10.
