I have a dial up DSL connection and when I get to the summary screen I have to minimize it dial up, then go back and click done so that I get the submit screen. Also check for a firewall, if the main program cannot connect with site you don't get the screen. Also the program is not very forgiving, the first time I did it I got an alert from my firewall that it was attempting a connection, I told the firewall to allow it, but galciv did not attempt another reconnection.

On the item with "trade goods" if you license the item do you loose its abaility, or does licenceisng give both you and the person you licensed to the added abaility? Also as a newbie one thing that I ran into was problems with was money debt, and then raiseing taxes/lowering spending so that I had positive money however I was still going into more debt. Then I found the interest amount, and compensated for that.

With the knowledge that it was suppose to auto-move, I restarted the game, and loaded my saved position. Now they are moving whenever I press the 'Turn' button. Thanks all

"When I right-click on a destination across the galaxy, my ships automove each turn without any need of entering the fleet screen. Your ships will move without touching the fleet screen. " Unfortunatly mine don't. I can set up ships to move with the right click, press the turn button 10 times in a row, and they will not of moved.

basic question about movement in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I have ships that I have assigned to move across the galaxy. How do I get theses ships to auto-move without going into the fleet screen and click on them thier? This is getting to be a real pain. Thanks
