Research Cloister Bug? in GalCiv Beta Feedback GalCiv3 Forums

I created a research cloister on my best research planet, and eventually upgraded it into a quantum something something (the UI cuts off the building name). However, I noticed that upon upgrading it into the quantum doohickey, I could suddenly build -another- research cloister on a different planet. The description is one per player, so I'm assuming this is a bug. I have the latest beta. Edit: It seems to be happening with the icon

Will there be an option to switch out whoever the human scientist is for a robot? Guy is beyond ugly looking and I liked the robots from 1-2 more.
