Some general thoughts, since that seems to be where this thread is focused (my background is TA, SupCom:FA, SoaSE, Kohan:AG, Kohan II, and the forgettable SupCom II): Controls There is a definite "lag" of controls. I know too often I have thought I'd selected another unit, and found I had retained focus on what I thought was the previous unit. Well, I've been having much better success connecting to my buddy in the Internet custom games. Part of this came from the latest updates (it still takes a while to connect, but now it consistently does), but also from how my friend rearranged his firewall settings. Before, he had all of his traffic from his LAN coming out on his default IP. Since he had an extra unused static IP, he decided to port redirect it to his gaming workstation. Voila! Immediately

Greetings all: Love the game's potential, but my friend and I have had great difficulties playing the game together: LAN game won't work over our VPN; our network subnets are different (10.xx.yy.zz and 192.168.aa.bb). Not a problem with Supreme Commander because we can specify an IP, but Demigod doesn't seem to work well with it. When he PPTP's to my network, he still can't see the game.
