Did you even read the post, Nitrocruiser? I didn't read any religious intolerance in the article unless you count the description 'the pope and his ilk' as intolerance.
Sure I read the article. And yes I did pick up an intolerant vibe whether or not the author intended it or not. How should one interpret "the Pope and his ilk"? What exactly is his “ilk&rdq

Wow, religious intolerance in Australia, imagine that! I suppose these unwanted visitors won't be spending any money in hotels, restaurants, etc either, the bastards how dare they.

Check this out. link There are more Democrats than Republicans in the US, that's a fact. Now I wactch many different news media outlets and do find most lean (in various degrees) to the left. With the exption of FOX. So why is FOX news more popular than the others? Maybe Indepenteds are wary of the gushing by some reporters over Obama, the lack of good news in Iraq, and the sky

But you should defend your position, if you feel strongly enough about it (and you do seem to be passionate about, judging from the amount of articles you write) . There will always be people that disagree with you, some will offensive. I think most adults would agree that it's about your opinion here at JU and they can choose to either agree or disagre

Good article, and the gas savings is like getting a small pay raise. I save about $40 a week on gas. My problem is it is temporary, so I'll enjoy while I can. As Dr Guy mentioned, I find myself working more. I often look up at the clock and it's 2 in the afternoon, no sense stopping for lunch then.

I agree about the drilling rights, but even when US companies didn't drill, the US bought oil. Example Chavez rescinded US company oil leases, but we still get much of the oil. With some groups moaning about US oil company windfall profits, they don't seem too worried that the oil will still get pumped...by someone else and they in turn sell it to us. So if
It was a pretty good literary tale of one's struggle with identity and race. If you read it and got any other idea, then you're not very educated.
I said "Just read his book, lots of insight on the man". You obviously don't understand the meaning of "insight" which speaks volumes about your education level. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though and suggest you

The US was never going to get the oil for free, so it isn't like the oil companies just drill and sell. The Kurds made some deals with western oil companies that the Iraqi government is now saying was illegal, but they are working out the differences now and expect it to be resolved. You are correct; the companies that were hired got a two year service contract (with options for a third year
stripped youth rights down to nothing
You have to grow up and pay taxes, to have someone pretend to feel your pain. I know i go to sleep every night worried some poor, almost average student might actually have to learn something and not be able to express themself properly. Kids just arn't happy with the liberal tilted education they are getting today off the publics dime, pity. Vote Obama for Hope and Change (your teachers will be glad you did).

Pulling yourself up is not an option for some, while a handout, no matter how small, will keep em coming back. That's why there are more Democrats than Republicans. After the Civil War they had to find a way to keep workers on the plantations, give them just a little to keep them from leaving. It was so effective that now it has become what it is today, you have to give them credit.
You are right, the problem was not created in a year. it will not be solved in a year. However failing to plan for the future is planning to fail. (boy I am a font of cliche's today).
Dr Guy I can't believe that is always the lefts response that it will take years to get the oil even if we start drilling now. So why bother? That's like
Well I may have African in my ancestors
If the theory of evolution is correct we are all descendents of Africa. Personally I don't believe someone from the US that never stepped foot in any other country in their life time should consider themselves anything but an American, some need to feel different I suppose, not me. </p

I really don't care what his religion is, he could be atheist and it wouldn't matter to me, as long as he isn't pushing it down my throat. What does bother me is his long relationships with various extremists (apparently of many faiths) or at the very least extremist views and his inclusion of these people into his world as if they were family. I won't m

Anyone who does not believe that the cost of an item... any item… does not have the producers tax liability factored into the price is a fool. I can't say it more plainly than that. So any tax increase will just raise the price of the product... passing the increase to the consumer, rich, poor or middle class (the ones Obama wants to &l
