Your sales drop-off algorithm is quite interesting. I wish the retailers in my town would take note. Except for major hyped releases you often cannot find a single copy of a new PC title during the first two weeks after release. I have the same problem. "Error 3: Serial number not registered to this account". Back when I ordered the first Galactic Civilizations, my email was [email protected]. Last year Cox switched servers so now its [email protected]. BUT Last October I had the accounts merged. This was BEFORE I ordered GalCivII. Stardock Central seems to have the correct information.
