I was a little nervous about trying it, since I'd heard some negative opinions on it, but I went ahead and bit the bullet about a month ago, downloaded it, and installed it. It's been working fine for me, I've had no problems whatsoever.

It's not very often that I get misty-eyed over the death of a celebrity, but today was definitely one of those days. I'd always liked Christopher Reeve as an actor (besides Superman, Somewhere in Time is a particular favorite of mine), but I'd really grown to respect and admire him as a human being after his accident. I was in the audience at Comic-Con last Saturday when the title was announced...there were 6000+ people in that audience, and the reaction was extremely positive. Everyone really likes the title. Had a fine weekend, spent the 4th seeing Spider-Man 2, then had a bbq with my parents. Spent yesterday being lazy, which is a hell of a lot of fun . Took today off of work as well to stretch it into a 4-day weekend, and I've taken the car in for some major maintenance/repair in preparation for my annual trek to Comic-Con International in San Diego in a couple of weeks. Yup, Spider-Man 2 isn't just good, it's GREAT. Much better than the first one...best movie of the summer so far, and I don't see anything coming along that's going to top it. GO SEE IT!
