In new 1.04 I also experienced the 0% social allocation/purchase trade item/get message every turn about planet producing same trade item and planet queue popup. This did not appear to adversly affect the bonus of the trade item. When upgrading starbases sometimes one of the available options to build would be hidden, scrolled up. I can use the up scroll button to see it, but when I click on it to select it, it scrolls back up into hiding. If I hit build, it will build that item thou
