More personality. I know it's not Galciv, but a little bit of personality would go a long way with this game. It's just not very...entertaining, I guess you could say. Random events would add an element of unpredictability that the game sorely needs. It's my OPINION that we have a very solid engine here, with tons of potential. It just needs to be fleshed out a bit to add to the fun factor. ...ok, so maybe that's more like an expansion than a patch.

Help Getting Patch in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

Greetings all, I'm currently deployed to Iraq and received the game in the mail. Unfortunately, I am unable to access any download sites for the patch due to my only internet connection is on a government computer...and the sites are blocked. Is there any possibility that someone can email me the patch? I'd really like to get my hands on the update but I'm at a loss as to how to do it. If the website wasn't blocked it wouldn't be an issue. Once I get my hands on it I can put it on

Am I the only person that hates making up these detailed strategies for the beginning of a game? Actually, often even the well thought out constructive criticism posts get attacked by fanboys. Not saying you are one. Still, you are right, this post doesn't exactly help anyone, lol, except maybe the original poster...he might be relieved after yelling and screaming like that.
