Well, I don't know about the sector management stuff; I haven't played on the largest maps yet so I don't know how much of a problem that becomes. However, the construction management idea for pre-ordering your starbases with their required specification in advance would be a great timesaver. Personally, I was thinking of something along the lines of having a governor for starbase building, as we already have for social spending. Set a governor with a starbase definition, (all the modules you wa
