A Lobos, I have auto launch on. I did have several sitting on a starbase guarding the planet.

The more I encounter the problem the less it looks like a 'limit' problem. It occures late in the game when I can build a constructor in one turn. At that time, I can't switch production on that planet. I can select a different ship and it will appear in the 'center' but its name will not appear below where the selection is made and it will not switch production from the constructor.

I'm in my first game and after building several ships, I can no longer build military ships. Is there a military ship limit?
