You can go to "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\Fences\Backups" what is your latest backup date
My snapshot was recent so I followed the purge instructions above and all is well now. Thank you for the quick help!

Hello all: Every time I reboot I receive pop-ups for Fences and other modules that the license is expired. When I enter the product key, either by actually entering the key or selecting account, it shows that is successfully activates. But I receive the message every reboot. Now, I can't use Fences, or even get into "Configure Fences" by right-clicking without the "Your Fences license has expired" pop-up. My subscription is current as are all Object Desktop

Can you download and run the tool below: http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support: <a href="https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
Most likely it's a permissions issue with Windows 10. Right click the folder where your Stardock license is stored. Select properties, then security. Find your name in the list and if you have full permissions, deselect them and then select them again. Click apply and ok. Then click ok again and you should be good. Try activating afterwards if prompted.
Thank you for the suggestion. After checkin

Hello all: I have Multiplicity setup on my Windows 8.1 machine. I also installed Multiplicity on Windows 10 running in a Parallels virtual machine on an iMac. Is this possible? So far the Windows 10 instance (running on the Mac) does not appear when I try to add it on the Primary machine. The Windows 10 machine is online and has access to my network and the Internet.
