MSVCRTD.DLL is a library for Visual C++. I think previous versions of Galciv did not need that libary. Stardock's build/development nodes might have the file in a common area, so they did not notice the need to include it with the game. You can try copying it to the Galciv directory f you have another game that uses it. ~SDC~

The latest version of GALCIV is missing the file MSVCRTD.DLL. This DLL needs to be added to GALCIV. MSVCRTD.DLL is a library for a particular version of Microsoft Visual C++. I have found versions of this file in a few other games. ~SDC~

Terran Manufacturing still has some rather unusual lease rates. I suggest that someone look at the cost for leasing a colony ship at the start of the game. ~SDC~

Has anyone ever remarked that Colony ships seem to have +1 speed on the turn that they reach their destination star system, but only if moving automatically? Has anyone else noticed the unusual lease rates charged by Terran Manufacturing. (2nd line down - 1st line with a monthly payment) ~SDC~

More help text is needed. The manual does not list the effects of the game options; there are still a couple I do not understand. The manual does not list the options for ships currently in orbit. I still do not understand the function of the button with the green arrow at the right of that box.
