I've seen a precursor event (twice!) that raised all PQs within 2 sectors of the find by 13. Of course both times were deep within AI controlled areas...

Interface changes due to your ethical standing. Red interface if you've drifted to the evil side, blue/white if you're more the goody-goody type.

ILEC - saw the same thing with Senate, 4294 Ind & Univ, but reverted to normal 100 member Senate after next election.

GC 1.03.51 - Scroll wheel will only scroll Senate parties on any of the policies screens. ~SDC~

What's the play list? I see the option to turn user defined playlist on/off, and can load a playlist, but nowhere in the manual doe it tell me what a playlist is for. I was hoping it was a saveable priorities list for the governors, but... Any clues? ~SDC~

This may sound like a silly question - but what is the play list? I was hoping it was a saveable priority list for the governors, but haven't been able to find anything in the manual taht tells me what it's used for. Even downloaded the pdf version and searched in case I overlooked it in the included (micro) manual. ~SDC~
