Stardock ForumsI'm not sure if this is a bug. But it appears that when I'm in the red (a negative bank account) and an announcement or the research screen pops up at the end of a turn, expenses get deducted by income doesn't get added. I checked and my cash flow had been positive, but my bank account still decreased. When no screen appears on a turn, everything is OK. Anyone else seen anything like this, or am I just high?
