Terror Stars should be towable by the larger ships. Example: Two Excalibers can tow a Terror Star at half thier speed and every time the number of ships are doubled the tow speed is increased by a certain percent (e.g. 2 ships = 50%, 4 ships = 75%, 8 ships = 87%) or something like that.
