Kinda agree. Though I'm betting if you put a stamp (noticeable) across the title screen/picture that people first see in the store that says something along the lines of "ALPHA, YOU IDIOTS" you'll both garner much goodwill and pre-emptively cut would-be complainers at the knees. By the way, love the "this is an alpha" intro into the game.

CIRCLE WHEEL ROUND BALL Add a "CENTER BUTTON" and perhaps a visual cue and/or button to place pointer back to previous setting (away from center). May encourage more experimentation without the hassle of finding the last settings. PLANET <strong

I have. After initially getting raped from playing timid AI's I began ownin' 'em. It makes the first half more energetic, though. I've recently noticed the different win scenarios. I'm hoping the Mysterious Planet one will create awesome battles.

Cards are just collectibles you can receive for playing most games. Their distribution isn't uniform: some games you'll need to play for a while as single cards are handed out per hour or so. Other cards you appear to receive fairly immediately. Each card is part of a set, you woo't be given the full set, that you can then trade others for or simply buy the rest yourself. Each card tends to be 'round ten cents. The purpose of the sets (and I went a li'l crazy with

It won't delay (by much, if any) the release of the next core TES game. As for it going F2P, as many of us expect, I'm not sure it'll impact too much on their financials. The game has been a long time developing and with its graphics and engine, etc., it's obvious that it wasn't being fully developed that entire time. So man-hours and money were spread out. Add to that Bethesda's upcoming releases of extra IP's (Wolfenstein and The Evil Wi

I love The Elder Scrolls series (Skyrim is awesome but I keep coming back to Morowind) but I can't work up any excitement over the upcoming MMORPG. I've been doing the beta for a goodly while and each time this and that were improved but they were never what kept me unexcited. I think most of it has to do with the whole, "Hey, you've just discovered this new and wonderous place that not one soul has been to in eons! Now try and enjoy the scenery has 50 million
Quoting chuck1es, reply 27 Mr. Frogboy-man, sir: Is the alpha release an intentional shot across Blizzard's bow? Is company rivalry imminent? Will you formaly declare war against Diablo and its fans? More the opposite. The more competition the alpha has, the better. We only want the most committed fans to participate in the alpha. It decreases the odds of people demanding we have a real time mode or a fi
Dunno I stopped caring about Diablo3 a long time ago.
It's oodles better, now. Most everything has been re-worked, etc., and it's actually become enjoyable. A friend 'bout made me kill her 'cause she wouldn't stop raving 'bout the 2.0 update. It feels like we finally have a Diablo game to play.
The problem being, if it requires c++ it's not DLC, it's an expansion pack and those require a very different set of people.
Um... I'm not able to fully parse that one out. Most I've ever done was make pages from scratch in geocities (anyone even remember those?). Does the above mean only changes within the existing framework? For example, things that could be made from inside the workshop already?
