They are mashed up and sent for recycling but there is only one market in the world where the envirnomental laws make recycling of steel a worthwhile investment and that is China. As far as health care is concerned, it is immensely complicated issue but one thing is clear to me. I find it impossible to believe that the government can run ANYTHING in a cost effective and productive way.
