Astax is right. If you've already emailed [email protected] about your missing Serial Numbers, more than likely you can request another automatic email via the Support option at www.stardock.com, and this time your email WILL contain your Serial number. I know mine did, though I never actually heard directly back from Stardock via email. ;p It would be nice if the support folks at Stardock actually replied promptly to all of their new customers that failed to receive their Seri

Hey Tony, join the club. I ordered and DLed GalCiv today also, and was sent an email missing the Serial Number needed to install it. I suppose that it's just a technical problem, and is effecting all orders made today. I sent an email to [email protected] asking for assistance, and I suggest you do the same.
