Can someone create a NASCAR windowblind??? in WinCustomize Talk

I have searched the internet for a windowblind relating to NASCAR Winston Cup or any of the drivers. I have been unable to find any. Can anybody guide me to where I might find such skins? Are any of the top skinners prepared to make such a windowblind? Please respond. Thank you.
