Cannot uninstall StarDock 8 and Modern Mix in Windows 10. Keeps reinstalling on Restart. in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

I have used Programs and Features to uninstall both StartDock 8 and ModernMix "successfully" in Windows 10 but upon restart they return in the Start Menu. Anyway to remove the win 8.1 version. I'm on Parallels vm. TIA for any help. Mike
