Question in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

In a couple of games I've had running, at a certain point, my starbases start getting damaged. All my starbases, and even those of other races. The first time it happened I put it down to one race finding a 'mysterious artifact'... but the game ended before I could whack them and see if the damage stopped. In my current game the same thing is happening but its never given me the 'Race X has found a mysterious artifact' message, perhaps because I still haven't found the Yor yet. Anyone can co
